The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gandhinagar has initiated the Round 2 online registration process for Gujarat NEET UG 2026 counselling. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS) under the 85% Gujarat State Quota can register online through the official portal medadmgujarat.org.
Round 2 counselling allows participation for fresh applicants who did not register during Round 1, as well as previously registered candidates who were not allotted seats or did not accept their Round 1 allotment.

Candidates belonging to the following categories can participate in Round 2 of the Gujarat NEET UG admissions:
- Fresh Applicants: Candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 but did not purchase a PIN or register during Round 1.
- Unallotted Candidates: Candidates who registered in Round 1 but were not allotted any medical/dental seat.
- Non-Freezed Seat Candidates: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 but chose not to accept or freeze the seat, opting instead for Round 2 participation.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Apply for Gujarat NEET UG Round 2
- Visit the official ACPUGMEC portal at
medadmgujarat.org. - Click on the link titled "UG Medical / Dental / Ayurvedic & Homoeopathy Admission".
- Select the "Purchase PIN" option. (Skip this step if you already possess a valid PIN from Round 1).
- Enter your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number, Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number, then complete the online PIN fee payment.
- Log in using your PIN, User ID, and NEET UG / Class 12 credentials.
- Fill out the detailed application form including personal details, category status, and domicile details.
- Upload clear scanned copies of required documents and generate your login password.
- Verify all details carefully and submit the application form. Take a printout of the Registration Details Slip.
- Select your preferred Help Centre and book a time slot for in-person document verification.
- Visit the designated Help Centre with original certificates and self-attested photocopies to obtain your signed Registration Acknowledgement Slip.
