Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific educational qualification and professional experience prescribed for each post as of the application deadline:
- Public Health Nurse / Rehabilitation Nurse: B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Statistician: Master's degree in Statistics. Practical knowledge of standard statistical software is mandatory; experience in health statistics is preferred.
- Occupational Therapist: Class 12 (Science stream) with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and 2 years of field experience.
- Prosthetic and Orthotic Technician: Bachelor's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics, OR a Diploma in the discipline with 2 years of workshop experience.
- Speech Therapist & Audiometry Technician: B.Sc. in Speech and Hearing. Higher qualification (M.Sc.) and clinical hospital exposure are desirable.
- Health Educator: Bachelor's degree in Botany, Zoology, Home Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Social Science, or Social Anthropology, combined with a Diploma in Health Education.
- Library Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Library Science or Information Science. A 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications is preferred.
- Store Keeper Cum Clerk Cum Computer Operator: Class 12 pass with a 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications. A 6-month diploma in Material/Store Management is desirable.
- Stenographer Cum Computer Operator: Class 12 pass, 1-year Diploma in Computer Applications, Shorthand speed of 80 wpm, and English typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Dental Technician: Class 12 (Science stream), a 2-year Diploma in Dental Hygiene/Dental Mechanic/Maxillo-facial Prosthesis, and active registration with the Dental Council of India.
- L.G. Clerk: Class 12 pass with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computers.
- Laboratory Attendant: Class 12 (Science stream) with a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT). 2 years of relevant laboratory experience is desirable.
- Medical Record Officer: Bachelor's degree (preferably Science), 1-year training course in Medical Records, and at least 5 years of experience managing record systems in a hospital with 200+ beds.
- Technician (Audio Visual): Class 12 pass with a 3-year Diploma in ECE/EEE (or 2-year ITI in Electronics) and 2 years of experience handling AV systems. Candidates must clear a trade/written test.
- Receptionist: Class 12 pass with a 1-year Diploma in Public Relations or Hotel Management, plus 2 years of institutional receptionist experience.
Age Limit Rules
Age requirements vary depending on the target position and gender:
- Upper Age Limit of 30 Years: Public Health Nurse, Statistician, Occupational Therapist, Prosthetic & Orthotic Technician, Speech Therapist, Audiometry Technician, Health Educator, and Medical Record Officer.
- Age Bracket of 18 to 33/38 Years: Library Assistant, Store Keeper, Stenographer, Dental Technician, L.G. Clerk, Laboratory Attendant, AV Technician, and Receptionist (Male: 18–33 years; Female: 18–38 years).
