The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially announced the exam timetable for the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination, 2025. As per the official notification (No. 8PSC/E-10/2026-2027) issued on 5th September 2026, the Mains examination will be held over three consecutive days from 9th October 2026 to 11th October 2026. The written examination will be organized exclusively at the Guwahati Centre.
The examination will consist of six papers (Essay plus five General Studies papers), conducted in two sessions daily: Forenoon Session (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and Afternoon Session (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM). Candidates must follow the sequence below:
