Eligibility for BPCL Technical Roles
Candidates must possess a full-time regular Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline from an AICTE-approved institution with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Additionally, a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience or apprenticeship in a relevant industry is mandatory. The age limit is 18 to 25 years as of 01 July 2026, with standard relaxation for reserved categories.
Selection Process
The recruitment process involves a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 100 objective-type questions covering Domain Knowledge and General Aptitude, followed by a qualifying Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT) and a mandatory pre-employment medical examination.
