Eligibility Criteria for CEIL Finance & Accounts Posts
Candidates must possess a full-time Graduate degree with at least 55% to 60% marks (depending on the post) and a professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) from the respective Institutes of India.
Note: Age relaxation for PwD and Ex-Servicemen is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will be placed in the following IDA 2017 pay scales:
- DGM (F&A): Rs. 90,000 - 2,400,000
- AGM (F&A): Rs. 80,000 - 2,200,000
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Rs. 50,000 - 1,600,000
- Officer (F&A): Rs. 30,000 - 1,200,000
Beyond the basic pay, incumbents are eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical benefits, CPF, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
