The District Collector Office, Latur (e-Governance Department) has issued an official recruitment notification for 640 vacant Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra (Kendra Operator) locations across talukas, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat, and Gram Panchayat areas within Latur district. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination from a recognized board.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer knowledge is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates possessing an MSCIT or CCC certificate.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Residency: The applicant must be a permanent local resident of the specific Gram Panchayat, Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat, or Municipal Corporation ward area for which they are applying.

Selection is finalized by a district-level Setu Committee headed by the District Collector, based on a 100-mark evaluation framework:

- Computer & Digital Literacy: 15 Marks
- Infrastructure Facility (Office space, hardware, internet): 15 Marks
- Financial Capacity & Business Running Capability: 10 Marks
- Customer Service & Communication Skills: 20 Marks
- Experience (CSC, Maha-e-Seva Kendra, etc.): 10 Marks
- Business Plan & Sustainability: 5 Marks
- Social Inclusiveness & Local Entrepreneurship: 5 Marks
- Character & Police Verification: 10 Marks
Application Fee
An application fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid online via QR code from the applicant's own bank account. The payment receipt must be attached to the online application form.
