The Office of the District Collector and Chairman, District Setu Committee, Solapur has issued an official notification for the establishment and operation of 592 vacant Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra (Citizen Service Centre) locations across rural and urban sectors of Solapur district. Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination and are local residents of the designated locations can apply.
This initiative aims to deliver essential government-to-citizen (G2C) e-services directly at the local level. Selection will be conducted through document verification and direct interview without any written entrance examination.

The 592 vacant centres are distributed across various talukas, municipal council wards, and gram panchayats in Solapur district as follows:
Eligibility Criteria for Solapur Kendra Operators
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th (Higher Secondary Certificate / H.S.C.) examination from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on the date of application submission.
- Residential Requirement: The applicant must be a local resident of the specific Gram Panchayat, Nagar Panchayat, Municipal Council, or Municipal Corporation ward where the vacant centre is allocated.
- Existing Service Providers: Existing CSC (Common Service Centre) operators, banking correspondents, or citizen centre operators holding valid certificates issued before the notification date are eligible to apply for their local area.
- Disqualifications: Active employees of Central/State government, PSUs, or persons previously allotted an Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra are ineligible. Applicants with active criminal, financial fraud, or cybercrime cases will be disqualified.
Remuneration & Fee Structure
Operating an Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra is an entrepreneurship-based public service model based on service transaction fees per application processed. There is no fixed monthly government salary or pay scale attached to this position. Additionally, no official application fee is mandated for submitting the physical application form.
Selection Process
- Document Verification: Initial scrutiny of applications based on submitted residence, educational, and infrastructure certificates.
- Provisional List & Objections: Publication of the provisional eligible/ineligible list on the official portal, followed by an objection resolution window.
- Final Merit List & Interview: Release of the final list of eligible candidates and conduct of personal interviews with original document verification.

- Obtain the Mandal Officer report regarding infrastructure availability (Annexure-A) and complete the business sustainability plan (Annexure-B).
- Attach self-attested copies of two residence proofs, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and nationalized bank passbook.
