Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ANRF-JRF position, applicants must hold a Postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Science, or an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Material Science, Nano Technology, or Energy Sciences. Alternatively, candidates with a professional degree selected through national-level exams such as CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship), GATE, or examinations conducted by DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MOE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, or NISER are eligible.
Note: Candidates possessing domain expertise in lithium-ion batteries, energy storage materials, electrocatalysis, supercapacitors, and electrochemical characterization will receive preference.
Age Limit and Stipend
- Maximum Age: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer), and PwD candidates.
- Stipend: The selected candidate will receive ₹37,000 per month for the first two years and ₹42,000 per month in the third year.
