Applicants must be female and permanent residents of the specific gram sabha or ward where the vacancy exists. Priority is given to candidates from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families, starting with widows, followed by legally divorced/deserted women, and other BPL categories.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Class 12) or equivalent.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as of 1 July 2026.
- Selection Process: Merit list based on academic scores (Intermediate marks / 10). Higher educational qualifications up to the postgraduate level may contribute to the final merit score.
