Overview of JMC Special Recruitment Drive 2026
The Jamnagar Municipal Corporation (JMC) has initiated a special recruitment drive under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. This notification aims to fill 9 vacancies specifically reserved for candidates with benchmark disabilities (40% or more). The recruitment process is conducted in accordance with General Board Resolution No. 46 dated 25/01/2024.

Selection Procedure
The selection will be based on a competitive written examination. Selected candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 3 years, during which they must pass mandatory departmental and computer proficiency exams. Fixed monthly pay is applicable during the probation phase.
