Eligibility Criteria for CMSS 2025-26

Only students belonging to the following seven categories with a maximum annual family income of ₹4.50 lakh are eligible to apply:

• Girls from talukas with female literacy below 50%.
• Children of martyrs or permanently disabled soldiers (war/terrorism/naxalism).
• Children of laborers (valid E-Nirman Card required).
• Students or children of guardians with 40% or more disability.
• Children of widowed women.
• Orphaned students.
• Children of divorced or abandoned (tyakta) women.

Academic Qualification Standards

Fresh Applicants: Students enrolling in the first year of Degree or Diploma programs who passed their qualifying board exams in 2025. Renewal Applicants: Students who previously received the CMSS benefit must demonstrate at least 50% marks in the preceding academic year and maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
