NHIDCL Associate Recruitment 2026 Overview
The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has issued Hiring Notice No. 07/2026, inviting applications for 100 Associate positions under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS). This contractual engagement is designed to build local human resource capacity across 14 States and Union Territories where NHIDCL operates. Candidates are engaged as independent consultants for an initial period of two years, with a potential one-year extension.
Eligibility for NHIDCL Associate Positions
Candidates must be graduates in Civil Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions (IITs, NITs, or NIRF-ranked institutions within the top 100). The upper age limit is 30 years as of the notification date. Applicants must generally possess a domicile certificate for the specific State or Union Territory they are applying for, with the exception of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Remuneration and Terms
Selected Associates will receive a monthly consultancy fee between Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 80,000. This amount is inclusive of all taxes. A 20% location allowance applies to personnel deployed in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. An annual 5% increment is applicable, subject to performance reviews.
