Overview of NHIDCL Deputy Manager Document Verification 2026
The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has released the provisional list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) for the post of Deputy Manager (Technical). This recruitment process is based on GATE scores in Civil Engineering for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 as per Recruitment Notice No. 05/2026. Candidates are required to report to the NHIDCL Head Office in New Delhi according to their category-wise schedule.
NHIDCL DV Schedule 2026
The verification process will be conducted at the NHIDCL Head Office, New Delhi. Candidates must adhere strictly to the dates assigned to their respective categories. No requests for extensions will be entertained.
Category-wise Reporting Schedule
- Window 1 (24 June 2026 to 3 July 2026): UR (Sl. No. 1-108), OBC-NCL (Sl. No. 109-141), SC (Sl. No. 175-177), ST (Sl. No. 214-221), EWS (Sl. No. 234-238).
- Window 2 (6 July 2026 to 10 July 2026): OBC-NCL (Sl. No. 142-174), SC (Sl. No. 178-213), ST (Sl. No. 222-233), EWS (Sl. No. 239-258), PwBD (Sl. No. 259-264).
Required Documents for Verification
Candidates must carry the originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following documents. Failure to produce these may result in disqualification:
- Valid GATE Scorecard (2024/2025/2026)
- Proof of Date of Birth (10th Marksheet or Birth Certificate)
- Degree or Provisional Degree Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Category Certificate (OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS) in the prescribed format
- Benchmark Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card

Inclusion in the provisional list does not guarantee employment. The final selection will be subject to successful verification of documents and the current NHIDCL Cadre Rules, 2025. Ensure that all category certificates are current and strictly follow the assigned reporting windows at the Head Office.
