Eligibility for NIPER Research Positions
Applicants must adhere to the following educational criteria to be considered for these roles:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Postgraduate degree (M.S. Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.) in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Process Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.75. Candidates must have cleared national-level entrance tests like GPAT, GATE, or CSIR-NET.
- Project Scientist-I: Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Process Chemistry. Candidates are required to possess at least one research publication in a standard SCI-indexed journal.
Compensation and Tenure
The selected candidates will receive monthly emoluments along with applicable House Rent Allowance (HRA):
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA
- Project Scientist-I: Rs. 56,000 + 20% HRA
