- Craft Instructor: Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks plus degree or diploma in the relevant craft field.
- Nursing Assistant: 3-year Diploma in General Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration and 5 years' experience.
- General Employees (MTS): 10th pass with preferred multi-skill and boarding school experience.

Salary / Pay Scale
- PGT: Rs 47,600 per month (Level-8, 7th CPC)
