Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
- TGT Social Science: Four-year integrated degree from an NCTE recognized university (50% aggregate) or Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in subjects like History, Geography, Economics, or Political Science. Candidates must possess a B.Ed. or equivalent and have qualified CTET Paper-II.
- Counsellor: Graduate or Post Graduate in Psychology, Child Development, or a Degree/Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling.
- PEM/PTI-cum-Matron: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent degree.
- General Employee: Matriculation (Class X) pass from a recognized board.
Age Criteria and Remuneration
Candidates must be between 18 and 50 years of age. Age relaxation applies as per government regulations. While the salary for the General Employee and TGT posts is aligned with Pay Level 1 and Level 7 respectively, positions like Counsellor and PEM/PTI-cum-Matron offer a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 71,840.
