Overview of TNSRLM Resource Person Recruitment 2026
The Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM) has released a notification for the engagement of 181 Resource Persons under the PRI-CBO Convergence Universalization Phase II programme. The recruitment is open to eligible female candidates across 15 identified districts in Tamil Nadu. Selected candidates will serve in contractual capacities as State, District, or Block Resource Persons.

Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
Candidates must ensure they meet the specific academic and experience criteria before applying. Proficiency in Tamil and English (reading and writing) is mandatory for all roles.
Preference is given to candidates with active Self-Help Group (SHG) membership.
Compensation and Engagement Terms
These are honorarium-based contractual positions. The remuneration is determined by the number of days engaged per month, with a maximum limit of 25 days. Travel allowances are reimbursed as per official guidelines for training sessions conducted at SMMU, Chennai.
Application Submission Instructions
Candidates must submit their applications physically, either by post or in person, to the Project Director of the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) of the relevant district. There is no online application facility for this recruitment. Ensure the application reaches the office no later than 29 June 2026.
Critical Warnings for Applicants
- Applications submitted to incorrect district offices or the State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) will not be processed.
- Ensure that all self-attested documents, including proof of experience and educational certificates, are attached to the application.
- Late submissions after the 29 June 2026 deadline will be summarily rejected without further notice.
- Candidates applying for multiple districts must submit separate, individual applications for each district.
