The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2026 on 19 July 2026. The recruitment process aims to fill 349 Assistant Commandant vacancies across BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB.
The selection process comprises a written examination consisting of two papers. The marking scheme and pattern are as follows:
