Overview of AAI Manager and Junior Executive Recruitment 2026
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the official notification (Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT) for the recruitment of 389 candidates for Manager and Junior Executive positions across 15 technical and non-technical disciplines. This is a direct recruitment exercise for eligible Indian nationals.

Candidates must ensure they meet the specific educational and experience requirements by the cut-off date of 7 September 2026.
- Manager Posts: Requires a relevant degree (Engineering/MBA/Law/Master's) plus a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Junior Executive Posts: Requires a relevant degree (Engineering/MBA/Law/Master's). No prior work experience is required.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 32 years for Managers and 27 years for Junior Executives as of 7 September 2026. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines.
Application and Selection Process
Applications must be submitted via the official AAI portal. The application fee is Rs. 1,000, while SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates and AAI apprentices are exempt from payment.
The selection process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts, followed by application verification. For Manager-level positions, an interview is mandatory. Specific posts in Fire Services and Operations require additional physical or driving tests.
