Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a First Class full-time Engineering Degree in relevant disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil from a recognized University/Institute. For Rajbhasha roles, relevant Master's degrees are required.

Age Limit & Experience

• DGM: Max Age 45-50 years with 16 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• AGM: Max Age 45-47 years with 13 years PQE.
• Manager: Max Age 34 years with 8 years PQE.
• Assistant Manager: Max Age 30 years with 4 years PQE.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwD candidates.
