Privacy Policy

Welcome to ApplySarkariJob.com. Your privacy is critically important to us.

1. Information We Collect

You can browse public job listings on ApplySarkariJob.com without creating an account. However, to provide personalized job alert services, mobile push notifications, and candidate recommendations, we collect certain information as outlined below.

2. Mobile Application Data & Candidate Profile

When you use our Android mobile application ("Sarkari Naukri: Govt Job Alert"), we may collect and process the following information with your consent:

• Personal Information: If you choose to set up a candidate profile or sign in using Google Sign-In (OAuth), we collect your name, email address, and optional contact mobile number. This information is used for candidate identification, account management, and dispatching relevant job alert communications.
• Candidate Preferences & Qualifications: To match you with relevant government exams, you may optionally provide your education level, education stream, employment status, targeted competitive exams, city, and preferred states or categories.
• Device Identifiers & Push Notifications: The app collects a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registration token and app-instance ID to deliver targeted push notifications according to your preferences. You can adjust your notification categories, frequency caps, or disable notifications entirely at any time in the app settings.
• App Performance & Diagnostics: The app and integrated Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect diagnostic data, including crash logs and responsiveness metrics, to ensure app stability and prevent fraud.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our app and website integrate trusted third-party services:

• Google AdMob & AdSense: We display advertisements served by Google. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may use advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) and coarse, IP-derived approximate location to serve relevant ads, prevent fraud, and report ad performance.
• Google Firebase: We utilize Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for reliable notification delivery and Firebase Analytics to understand app interactions and improve the candidate experience. All data transmitted to Firebase and Google services is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

4. Cookies & Web Tracking

On our website, we use cookies to preserve your language preferences and serve relevant advertisements through third-party vendors like Google AdSense. Users may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data:

• In-App Deletion: If you have created an account or candidate profile, you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This immediately detaches all device tokens, deletes saved bookmarks, revokes active authentication tokens, and removes your user record from our database.
• Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have access to the app or wish to request data deletion via the web, you can submit a request by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request", including your registered email or mobile number. Our support team will permanently delete your account and associated records within 30 days of verification.

6. External Links & Government Portals

ApplySarkariJob.com is an independent informational portal. Our posts contain direct links to official recruitment portals and government gazettes (.gov.in and .nic.in). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or application forms of external government websites.
