Eligibility for GBPUAT Teaching Personnel
Candidates must possess a Doctorate degree in the relevant subject. Alternatively, candidates with a Master's degree in the concerned discipline with at least 60% marks and valid NET/SLET qualification (wherever applicable by ICAR/UGC/CSIR) are eligible. In the absence of candidates with a Ph.D. or NET, first-class M.Sc. degree holders may be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
Selected personnel will be remunerated based on an hourly rate, with monthly caps as follows:
- Rs. 650 per hour (Maximum Rs. 30,000 per month)
- Rs. 550 per hour (Maximum Rs. 25,000 per month)
