Mandatory Documents for JKSSB DV

All candidates appearing for document verification must carry the original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies of each document. It is crucial to present all required documents without fail.

• Copy of the Application Form
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs
• One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.)
• Date of Birth Certificate (10th Class Diploma/Marks Card)
• Valid Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD), if belonging to a reserved category
• Domicile Certificate
• 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma Certificate
• All Qualification/Certificates as prescribed for the specific post in the original Advertisement Notification
• Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authority, if claiming an equivalent educational qualification
• Bonafide Certificate (on Board's prescribed format) issued by the Controller/Registrar for qualifications obtained outside the UT of J&K
• Certificate in Form XIV (for Ex-Servicemen candidates) along with a notarized affidavit regarding non-availment of ESM benefits earlier
• Any other certificate required as per the eligibility criteria for the specific post
• Checklist Sheet/Form (Annexure "X") to be submitted at the time of DV

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates must appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date and time.
• Failure to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the right to selection.
• All documents must be produced in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification.
• Candidates claiming an equivalent educational qualification are required to produce the relevant Equivalence Certificate. The Board will make a decision based on applicable norms.
