KVS NVS Tier 3 Interview & Skill Test Call Letter 2026 Released
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), through the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), have issued the official Call Letter for Tier 3 Interview and Skill Test for Teaching and Non-Teaching posts. Candidates shortlisted from earlier phases must download their hall tickets to appear for the final interview and document verification stage starting from 31 August 2026.

Steps to Download KVS NVS Tier 3 Call Letter 2026
- Go to the official portal at kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.
- Navigate to the 'Announcements' or 'Recruitment' section on the homepage.
- Click on the link titled KVS / NVS Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 – Tier 3 Interview / Skill Test Call Letter.
- Enter your Registration / Enrollment Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
- Submit credentials to view the Tier 3 Admit Card on screen.
- Download the PDF file and print 2–3 clear copies on clean paper for verification.
Mandatory Documents Required at Interview Venue
Candidates must report to the assigned interview venue with all original documents alongside two self-attested photocopies of each item:
- Printed Call Letter: Downloaded copy of the Tier 3 Interview / Skill Test Hall Ticket.
- Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and passing certificates for Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, and B.Ed / D.El.Ed (as specified per post).
- Teacher Eligibility Test: Original CTET certificate and mark sheet (Mandatory for PRT and TGT candidates).
- Category Certificate: Caste / Community certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, or PwBD) in the official Central Government format.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Required for candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government institutions.
- Photo Identity Proof: Original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.
- Biodata Proforma: Completed interview biodata sheet as instructed in the call letter login window.
Key Guidelines for Candidates
- Verify all details printed on the admit card, including reporting time, venue address, candidate name, and post applied.
- Do not mail or post documents to CBSE, KVS, or NVS offices. Present all credentials physically at the interview desk.
- In case of minor clerical name variations in certificates, keep a legally notarized affidavit ready.
