1. Visit the official website of your concerned Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) at rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
2. Look for the "Exam City & Date Intimation" link, which will be activated approximately 10 days before your scheduled exam date.
3. SC/ST candidates can also download their Travel Authority from this same link once it is live.
4. The E-Call Letter download link will be activated approximately 4 days before the exam date mentioned in your Exam City and Date Intimation.
5. If your Aadhaar verification is pending, ensure to complete it at www.rrbapply.gov.in before the exam day to avoid last-minute issues.
