• Deputy Executive (Tech.)/L-3: Requires a regular full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline with at least 60% marks, 1st Division, or equivalent CGPA, along with mandatory post-qualification experience.
• Assistant Executive (Tech.)/L-2: Requires regular full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline with 60% marks and relevant post-qualification experience.
• Assistant Executive (Fin.)/L-2: Requires CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, backed by relevant professional experience in finance and accounts.
