Overview of APMSRB Recruitment 2026
The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services Recruitment Board (APMSRB) has initiated the recruitment process for 529 contract-based positions under the National Health Mission (NHM). This recruitment covers roles for Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, and Multi Rehabilitation Workers. Applications must be submitted via the official online portal by 30 June 2026.

Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must ensure they meet the specific educational and registration requirements as of 10 June 2026. All professional registrations must be valid and renewed.
- Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree with active registration in the AP Nursing & Midwifery Council (APNMC).
- Pharmacist: D.Pharma, B.Pharma, or Intermediate Vocational Pharmacy course recognized by the Government of AP, with active registration in the AP Pharmacy Council.
- Multi Rehabilitation Worker: 10+2 qualification with a 1.5-year certificate course in Multi Rehabilitation Work and registration under the RCI Act, 1992.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 42 years of age as of 1 January 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC, ST, BC, EWS, and PBD candidates.
Selection Process
The selection is based entirely on merit, calculated out of 100 marks. No written examination will be conducted. The weightage is distributed as follows:
- 75 marks based on qualifying examination performance.
- Up to 10 marks for the number of years passed since qualification.
- Up to 15 marks for prior contract service under NHM/Government, based on the nature of service (COVID-19 duties, tribal, rural, or urban areas).

- Document Format: Ensure all service certificates are submitted in the prescribed 'Annexure V' format; others will be rejected.
- Name Discrepancy: The name entered must match your SSC certificate exactly.
- Registration Status: Expired council registrations will lead to immediate disqualification.
- COVID Weightage: To claim COVID-19 service weightage, ensure all four documents—appointment order, service certificate, attendance, and bank statement—are uploaded.
