Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an MBA, CA/CA Inter, B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT), or a Graduate degree depending on the specific post.
- Experience: Managerial roles require a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers are eligible for Assistant Manager and Executive Operations posts, though relevant experience is preferred.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years for Assistant Manager/Manager roles and 30 years for Executive Operations, calculated as of 30.06.2026. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India guidelines.
