Eligibility for ESIC Senior Resident Posts
Candidates must meet the following educational and registration criteria:
- Primary Qualification: PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty, duly registered with the Medical Council.
- Alternative Qualification: In the absence of PG-qualified candidates, MBBS graduates with at least 2 years of work experience—including 1 year in the concerned specialty—from a government or private hospital (excluding private clinics) will be considered.
- Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 45 years of age as of the date of the interview. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH categories is applicable as per government norms.
Remuneration and Selection Process
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 135,129. The selection process consists of a walk-in interview and document verification.
