Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand has published an official recruitment notification for contractual engagement of Specialists and Senior Residents across multiple clinical disciplines. Eligibility Criteria

1. Full Time / Part Time Specialists

• Educational Qualification: MBBS degree with PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or PG Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university, registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-PG Degree experience or 5 years of post-PG Diploma experience in the concerned specialty.
• Age Limit: Maximum age up to 69 years as on the date of interview.

2. Senior Resident (3 Year Tenure)

• Educational Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in the concerned specialty from a recognized institution. Must be registered with MCI/State Medical Council.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years. Upper age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines.

3. Senior Resident (1 Year Contract against GDMO - Dental)

• Educational Qualification: BDS degree with PG Degree (MDS) in Endodontics or Orthodontics from a recognized institution and registered with the Dental Council.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years. Age relaxation applicable as per central government norms.

Salary and Remuneration

• Part-Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000/- per month (for 16 hours per week). Additional remuneration for emergency visits if assigned.
• Senior Resident (3-Year & 1-Year Tenure): Pay Level-11 of Pay Matrix (Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/-) plus applicable allowances including DA, HRA, NPA, and TA as per ESIC rules.

Selection Process

Selection will be made solely based on candidate performance during the personal interview, subject to verification of original credentials and medical fitness. No written test will be conducted.
