Overview of ESIC Medical College Andheri Recruitment 2026
ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Andheri East, Mumbai, has announced the recruitment of 74 medical professionals for various teaching faculty, Senior Resident, and Homeopathy Physician positions on a contract basis. The selection will be conducted through walk-in interviews scheduled between 24 July 2026 and 26 July 2026.

Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must possess the requisite post-MBBS/MD/MS qualifications and updated medical registration as per the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) norms. For the Homeopathy Physician post, a BHMS degree from a recognized university is required, with preference given to PG degree holders. Candidates must be registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council or the Medical Council of India.
Age Limit as of 30 June 2026
- Faculty Positions: Maximum 68 years.
- Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years.
- Homeopathy Physician: Maximum 35 years (age relaxations apply for reserved categories).
Walk-in Interview Schedule
Candidates must report between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM at the Dean Office, 5th Floor, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Andheri East, Mumbai. Attendance is subject to the following department-wise schedule:
- 24 July 2026: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Medicine, Dermatology.
- 25 July 2026: Psychiatry, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, Paediatrics, Radiology, Accident & Emergency, Homeopathy.
- 26 July 2026: Burns & Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurology, Paediatrics Surgery, Urology, Blood Bank, Haematology, ICU.
Application Fee
The application fee must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of 'ESI Fund Account No. 1', payable at Mumbai. SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs. 125, while UR/OBC candidates must pay Rs. 300. Female, PWD, and ex-servicemen candidates are exempt from the fee.
Important Instructions
Applicants must carry self-attested copies of all educational certificates, experience proof, medical registration, and a recent passport-size photograph. Incomplete applications or failure to present original documents at the interview will lead to rejection. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
Prepare application in prescribed format, attach self-attested documents, and report to Dean Office, Andheri East, with Demand Draft on scheduled dates.
