Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be considered for these positions:
- Technical Officer: B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/ECE (min 60%) with 6 years of experience in Level 6 OR 3 years in Level 7 and above. Equivalent experience credit is provided for M.Tech./Ph.D. degree holders.
- Junior Technical Superintendent: 3-year Diploma in CSE (min 60%) with 6 years experience OR Bachelorโs degree in CS/CA (min 60%) with 5 years experience OR B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/Info Science with 3 years experience.
Age Limits and Relaxations
- Technical Officer: Maximum 42 Years
- Junior Technical Superintendent: Maximum 34 Years
- Relaxation: As per Government of India norms, SC/ST candidates receive 5 years relaxation, and OBC (NCL) candidates receive 3 years. IIT Dharwad regular employees are eligible for an additional 5-year relaxation.
