Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Apprentices
Candidates must hold full-time regular qualifications. Distance, correspondence, or part-time degrees are strictly not accepted. Minimum 50% marks are required for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates, while 45% is acceptable for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in respective Engineering disciplines.
- Trade Apprentice (ITI): Matriculation with ITI in the relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT).
- Graduate Apprentice: Full-time Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Trade Apprentice (DEO): 12th pass (for Fresher) or 12th pass with Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator (for Skill Certificate holders).

Selection and Application Process
The selection is based entirely on a merit list derived from the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. No written test or interview will be conducted. Candidates are required to register on the respective NAPS/NATS portals and submit their details via the official Microsoft Office Form provided by IOCL.
