Overview of MPSeDC Graduate Engineer Trainee Program 3.0

The Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (MPSeDC) has initiated the recruitment process for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 3.0. This one-year professional training program is designed for 150 fresh engineering and IT graduates to gain hands-on experience in e-Governance and IT infrastructure projects.

Program Key Details

Eligibility Criteria for GET Program

Candidates must ensure they meet the specific academic requirements before applying, as there is no provision for exceptions:

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering or Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science/IT or equivalent from an AICTE/UGC recognized institute.
• Degree Recency: The gap between the date of the degree award and the advertisement notification date must not exceed 365 days.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age as of the notification date.
• Domicile/Institutional Requirement: While open to both residents and non-residents of Madhya Pradesh, the qualifying degree must have been completed from an institution located in Madhya Pradesh.
• Exclusions: Diploma and PG Diploma holders are not eligible for this program.

Selection and Assessment Process

Selection is conducted through an objective online examination by MP Online Ltd. The exam duration is 180 minutes, consisting of 85 MCQs and 15 programming-based questions. A minimum score of 35% is mandatory for qualification.

Successful candidates will undergo document verification at the MPSeDC office in Bhopal. The training program includes mandatory half-yearly and yearly assessments. Candidates who fail these internal assessments will be disassociated from the program.

Application Fee

• General/All Candidates: Rs. 800 (Non-refundable).
• Application Edit Fee: Rs. 50 (plus GST) for a one-time modification.

Common Application Warnings

• Document Verification: Only the 10th-grade mark sheet is accepted as valid proof of age. Any discrepancies in educational certificates will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Laptop Requirement: Selected candidates are required to provide their own laptops for the duration of the 1-year training period.
• Final Year Students: Candidates currently in their final semester may apply, provided they submit their provisional degree or mark sheet within 2 months of their joining date.
• Official Portal: Applications must be submitted exclusively through the official MP Online portal.
