Eligibility and Qualifications

- Technical Roles (Cyber/AI/IT): Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech) or MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech with 4 to 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Managerial Roles (HR): MBA/PGDM (HR) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Senior Leadership (Architects): Engineering degree with mandatory TOGAF certification and 15-18 years of experience in regulated financial services.
Selection Process
