Eligibility Criteria for AAI Advisor Recruitment

• Educational Qualification: Must possess a Professional degree in Law (either a 3-year regular course after graduation or a 5-year integrated regular course after 10+2).
• Enrollment: Candidates must be eligible to enroll as an Advocate to practice in Indian courts.
• Status: The applicant must be a retired Central/State Government employee or a retired CPSE employee.
• Grade Requirement:
  • Retired Central/State Gov employees: Should have been in Pay Matrix Level-14 or above (as per 7th CPC).
  • Retired CPSE employees: Should have been in the E-6 level or above (as per 3rd PRC).

Experience and Age Limit

• Executive Experience: A minimum of 20 years of executive experience in handling litigations related to Service matters, Civil matters, or Arbitrations within a Central/State Ministry, Department, or PSU is required.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 65 years as of the date of application.
