Vacancy Distribution & Salary Structure

Eligibility Criteria
Aspiring candidates must meet both the educational qualifications and mandated professional criteria as of the closing date of applications (19-06-2026):
1. Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Required Degree: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Safety, Dairy Technology, or Oil Technology from a recognized university or UGC/AICTE-approved institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in food analysis.
- Mandatory Qualification: Candidates must have successfully cleared the Food Analyst Examination conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), New Delhi.
2. Age Limit (as on 01-08-2026)
The minimum age required to apply is 21 years. Upper age limits apply category-wise:

- Unreserved Female: 40 Years
- BC / EBC (Male & Female): 40 Years
- SC / ST (Male & Female): 42 Years

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of a single-stage Written Competitive Examination followed by Document Verification (DV).
