1. AGM - Risk Management / Compliance

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with at least 5 years in Risk Management/Compliance in a Scheduled Commercial Bank with 2000+ branches. Current role must be Chief Manager (min. 1 year) or Senior Manager (min. 4 years).
2. AGM - Asset Liability Management (ALM)
- Education: Full-time B.E./B.Tech OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Banking/Finance OR Chartered Accountant.
- Mandatory Certifications: FRM (GARP) / PRM (PRMIA USA) / CFA (CFA Institute).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with 5 years specifically in Risk Management. Current role must be Chief Manager (min. 1 year) or Senior Manager (min. 4 years).
3. AGM - Digital Risk & Analytics
- Education: Full-time Bachelor's in Mathematics/Statistics OR B.E./B.Tech in Data Science/IT/CS/Software Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with 5 years in Risk Management. Current role must be Chief Manager (min. 1 year) or Senior Manager (min. 4 years).
4. AGM - Finance & Accounts
- Education: Full-time Graduation AND must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA membership is mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a Scheduled Commercial Bank having more than 2000 branches, with at least 7 years in Bank Head Office/Administrative Office handling Corporate Taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, IFRS, Ind AS, Regulatory Reporting, or Capital Raising.
5. AGM - Credit Officer
- Education: Chartered Accountant / CFA / CMA-ICWA; OR Two years full-time Post Graduation in Banking/Finance/Credit-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as an officer, out of which 7 years must be in Corporate Credit, Project Finance, or Mid & Large Credit in Scheduled Banks with 2000+ branches.
