Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following strict criteria as of the application closing date (05-06-2026):

  • Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Students enrolled in institutions outside India are not allowed to apply.
  • Academic Status: Candidates must be in their Final Year of a UG or PG Engineering/Science program.
  • Minimum Marks: A minimum of 6.5 CGPA is mandatory.
  • Documents Checklist: Candidates must submit their 6th-semester marksheet (UG) or 2nd-semester marksheet (PG). If results are awaited, the average marks of the previous semesters will be reviewed, and the required final marksheets must be presented at the time of joining.

Stipend & Tenure Details

The total consolidated stipend is Rs. 30,000/- for the entire duration of 6 months. It is paid in two stages:

  • First Installment: Rs. 15,000/- disbursed after the successful completion of the first 3 months.
  • Final Installment: Rs. 15,000/- disbursed upon completion of the entire 6-month term.

Note: If an intern exits early, no stipend or internship certificate will be issued under any circumstances.

Selection Methodology

Shortlisting of candidates is processed by the individual laboratories. The screening committee evaluates applicants based on their academic merit, available positions, and research relevance. Allotted areas of research and selectee communication will be sent exclusively via registered email.
