ESIC Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview for Medical Professionals
The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has announced a walk-in interview for the recruitment of Super Specialists, Specialists, and Senior Residents on a contractual basis. This recruitment drive is specifically for the ESIC Model and Super Specialty Hospital located in Asramam, Kollam, Kerala. Salary and Pay Scale
ESIC offers a competitive remuneration package for these contractual roles:
- Super Specialist (Full Time): ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000 per month.
- Super Specialist (Part Time): ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month.
- Specialist (Full Time): ₹1,38,108 (Junior) to ₹1,60,752 (Senior) per month.
- Specialist (Part Time): ₹60,000 per month.
- Senior Resident: Approximately ₹1,38,108 per month (Level 11 of 7th CPC).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet the following educational requirements:
- Super Specialist: MBBS with MCh/DM/DNB or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty. 5 years of post-super-specialty experience is required for senior consultant levels.
- Specialist: PG Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned specialty after MBBS, with valid TCMC registration and 3-7 years of experience.
- Senior Resident: PG Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned specialty. DM/DNB preferred for super-specialty departments.
Age Limit and Application Fees
The maximum age limit for all posts is 69 years as of the interview date. For Senior Residents, age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) will be applicable as per government norms.
Application Fee:
- General/OBC: ₹250/-
- SC/ST: ₹50/-
- Women & PwBD: Nil
