Stipend, Service Bond & Career Progression
During the 1-year on-the-job training period, selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Upon successful completion of the training period and subject to satisfactory performance, trainees will be absorbed as Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale Junior Management JM-I) on the IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement scale of Rs. 48480-2000-62480-2340-67160-2680-85920.
Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a personal bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs to serve the Bank as a Management Trainee for 1 year and for a minimum period of 5 years as a regular employee after absorption.
Eligibility Criteria
Only Indian citizens who meet the educational and age requirements as of April 30, 2026, are eligible to apply.
1. Educational Qualifications
- Management Trainee (HRM): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in a full-time 3-year Graduation degree AND a full-time 2-year Post-Graduation degree (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) specializing in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management.
- Management Trainee (Administration) - Option A: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in full-time Graduation AND a 2-year full-time PG (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) in Hotel & Hospitality Management / Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Management Trainee (Administration) - Option B: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in a full-time B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering AND a full-time MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS in any discipline.
Note: Candidates who have completed their degrees via distance learning, open universities, or part-time mode are not eligible to apply.
2. Age Limit (as of 30-04-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years (For General Category)
Age Relaxations:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Up to 31 years (3 years relaxation)
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years relaxation over the respective category limit
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years relaxation

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a two-stage process:
