Eligibility Criteria: Education & Experience
Candidates must ensure they meet the following educational requirements as of May 13, 2026:
- Jr. Executive (E0): 3-year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with Chemistry. (Candidates with BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA are NOT eligible for E0).
- Engineer/Asst. Engineer (E1/E2): 4-year Full-time BE/B.Tech in relevant Engineering branch.
- Accounts Officer: Qualified CA from ICAI with minimum 50% marks.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with AFIH and permanent registration with Medical Council.
- Information Systems: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA/MBA with Systems specialization.
Age Limit and Relaxations
The maximum age limit varies depending on the salary grade as of 13.05.2026:
- Grade E0/E1: 25 Years
- Grade E2: 29 Years
- Grade E3: 34 Years
- Grade E5: 42 Years
Note: Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 15 years for PwBD candidates is applicable as per government norms.
Salary Structure (CTC)
HRRL offers a highly competitive compensation package. The approximate Annual CTC is as follows:
- Grade E0: Rs. 8.87 Lakhs
- Grade E1: Rs. 12.11 Lakhs
- Grade E2: Rs. 15.03 Lakhs
- Grade E3: Rs. 18.34 Lakhs
- Grade E5: Rs. 24.81 Lakhs
Selection Process
The selection methodology is tailored to the seniority of the post:
- Grade E0, E1, E2: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Skill Test/Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
- Grade E3, E5: Shortlisting based on experience/qualification followed by Technical and Behavioural Competency Interviews.
- Fixed Term Employment: Merit-based shortlisting and Personal Interview.
