Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

Assistant
Candidates must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department. Alternatively, officials with 10 years of regular service in Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 - 81,100) are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates already serving within the ICAR system.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
Applicants should hold an analogous post or be serving as a Lower Division Clerk in Pay Level-2 with a minimum of 8 years of regular service in the grade.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidates holding an analogous post in a similar capacity with at least three years of regular service are eligible to apply.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive compensation as per the 7th Pay Commission scales:
- Assistant: Pay Level 6 (Pre-revised PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4200)
- UDC: Pay Level 4 (Pre-revised PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 2400)
- LDC: Pay Level 2 (Pre-revised PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 1900)
