Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) has released a recruitment notification for 134 Apprentice Trainee positions under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This engagement is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. Candidates are selected based on merit for a one-year training tenure.

Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
- Graduate Apprentices (Engineering): BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering streams from an AICTE-recognized university.
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Diploma in relevant engineering streams from a recognized State/Central Technical Education Board.
- General Stream Graduates: Bachelorโs degree (Arts/Science/Commerce/BBA/BMS/Journalism) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be aged between 18 and 25 years as of 01 January 2026. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government norms.
Document Verification Schedule
Candidates must report at the Executives Club, Konkan Rail Vihar, Sector-40, Navi Mumbai between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on their designated dates:
- 24 August 2026: BE Civil Engineering, Diploma (Civil)
- 25 August 2026: BE Electronics, BE Electrical, Diploma (Electrical), Diploma (Electronics)
- 27 August 2026: BE Mechanical, Diploma (Mechanical)
- 28 August 2026: General Stream Graduates
Important Application Instructions
There is no separate online application form. Interested candidates must ensure they have a valid NATS ID before attending the document verification. Applicants must carry original mark sheets, degree/diploma certificates, proof of birth, and caste/EWS/land-loser certificates along with self-attested photocopies. A medical fitness certificate signed by an Assistant Surgeon or higher is mandatory.
Register on the NATS portal, obtain NATS ID, and attend the walk-in Document Verification in Navi Mumbai.
