Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MIDHANI Apprentice Trainee program, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Graduate Apprentice (GAT): Must possess a Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant branch from a recognized university.
- Technician Apprentice (TAT): Must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the relevant branch from a recognized State Council or Board of Technical Education.
- Year of Passing: Only candidates who completed their degree/diploma in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
- Exclusions: Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or work experience of one year or more are not eligible.
Selection Process
MIDHANI will select candidates based on a strictly merit-based system. The final merit list will be prepared using the following weightage:
- SSC (10th Standard) Marks: 30% weightage
- Engineering Degree/Diploma Marks: 70% weightage
Post-merit shortlisting, candidates must undergo certificate verification (Aadhar, Age, Qualification, Caste Certificate, and Police Clearance) and a medical fitness assessment.
