Mizoram PSC Recruitment 2026 Notification

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Inspector of Excise & Narcotics: Candidates must hold a Graduate degree or its equivalent from a recognized University. Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Mizo language (up to Middle School standard) are mandatory.
- State Tax Officer: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, along with Computer and Mizo language proficiency.
Physical Standards (For Inspector Post Only)
- Height: 5’4”
- Chest: Normal – 34”, Expanded – 36”
- Physical Test: 100m race in 15 seconds; 800m race in 3 minutes.
Age Limit (As of Last Date of Application)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Note: The upper age limit for the Inspector of Excise & Narcotics post is 30 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per Mizoram State Government rules.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay levels under the Pay Matrix:
