The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the advance city intimation slip for the SWAYAM January 2026 Semester examinations. Candidates registered for this session can now access the portal to identify their assigned examination city. This slip is a logistical document intended to assist students in planning their travel and accommodation arrangements in advance of the actual examination.
Candidates must note that the city intimation slip is not a hall ticket. It does not grant entry into the examination centre. The NTA will release the final admit cards separately, which will contain detailed information such as the specific examination centre name, shift timing, and reporting instructions. Students must wait for the official admit card to be released to confirm their final entry credentials.
After downloading, verify that all personal details match your registration records. In the event of any discrepancies, contact the NTA helpdesk immediately. Candidates are advised to keep track of the official website for updates regarding the release of the final admit card, as carrying only the city intimation slip to the exam hall will not be permitted.
