Oil India Limited Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview for Paramedical Staff

Oil India Limited (OIL) has officially announced a recruitment drive for the positions of Contractual Nurse and Contractual Paramedical Dialysis Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified medical professionals to join a premier Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). The selection will be conducted through a walk-in interview process scheduled for May 2026.

Vacancy Details and Salary Structure

There are a total of 05 vacancies available on a contractual basis. The compensation package includes a fixed monthly emolument plus a variable daily allowance for every working day.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure they meet the following educational and experience requirements before attending the walk-in interview:

1. Contractual Nurse

• Qualification: Class 10+2 (Any stream) and a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience for GNM holders or 01 year for B.Sc. Nursing holders in a reputed Government, PSU, or Private Hospital.
• Registration: Must have a valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

2. Contractual Paramedical Dialysis Technician

• Qualification: Class 10+2 (Science stream) and a Diploma/Certificate in Dialysis Technology (minimum 02 years duration) from a recognized Board or Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Dialysis from a reputed Hospital.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Relaxation: Age relaxation for OBC (NCL) candidates is applicable as per government norms (up to 43 years for specific posts).

Selection will be based on a Personal Assessment/Interview conducted during the walk-in session. Merit will be determined based on performance and experience.
