Salary Structure & incentives

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary/stipend as follows:

• Medical Officer (Homoeopathy): Rs. 35,000 per month
• Medical Officer (Ayurveda): Rs. 35,000 per month
• Community Health Officer, Ayush: Rs. 25,000 fixed per month + Performance-Based Incentives (PBI) up to Rs. 15,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfill the following educational qualifications and registration requirements:

1. Medical Officer (Homoeopathy)

• Must possess a BHMS degree from an institution recognized under the HCC Act, 1973/Central Council of Homoeopathy.
• Completion of a 1-year compulsory internship after passing the degree is mandatory.
• Must have a valid registration certificate from the Central or State Council.
• Desirable: Knowledge of local languages like Bengali or Kokborok.

2. Medical Officer (Ayurveda)

• Must possess a BAMS degree or equivalent from a recognized Ayurvedic Medical Institution.
• Completion of a 1-year compulsory internship after obtaining the degree.
• Must have a valid registration certificate from the Central or State Council.
• Desirable: Knowledge of local languages like Bengali or Kokborok.

3. Community Health Officer, Ayush

• Must hold a BAMS degree recognized by CCIM/NCISM OR a BHMS degree recognized by CCH/NCH.

Age Limit and Relaxations

• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC, ST, and PH candidates as per state government rules.

Selection Methodology

The selection process will evaluate candidates based on their educational background and communication skills:

1. Academic Performance Index (API): Weightage of 50 Marks based on your qualification scores.
2. Viva-Voce / Personality Test: Evaluation worth 50 Marks.
3. Merit List Generation: Based on cumulative marks of API and Viva-voce.
4. Document Verification: Verification of original academic certificates, internship completion, and registration.
