Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has released the second seat allotment list for the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed (BSTC) 2026 examination on 16 July 2026. This follows the completion of the second round of counselling, which took place from 10 July to 13 July 2026. Candidates can now verify their Teacher Education Institute (TEI) allotment by logging into the official portal.
Process to Download Allotment Letter
- Visit the official website: predeledraj2026.com.
- Locate and click on the link labeled 'Second Seat Allotment 2026'.
- Enter your unique Counselling ID or Roll Number.
- Input your date of birth and required verification details.
- Once logged in, view your college allotment and download the provisional allotment-cum-confirmation letter.
Documents Required for College Reporting
Candidates must report to the allotted institute with original documents and photocopies for verification. Essential documents include:
- Rajasthan BSTC Second Round Provisional Allotment Letter
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
- Graduation mark sheet (if applicable)
- Valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.)
- Domicile/Residence Certificate
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Counselling Registration Fee receipt (Rs. 3,000)
- Admission Fee payment receipt (Rs. 13,555)
- Recent passport-size photographs
Important Instructions for Candidates
Failure to complete the physical reporting and fee payment within the stipulated deadline mentioned on your allotment letter will result in the automatic cancellation of the seat. If you possess multiple counselling IDs for different streams (e.g., General and Sanskrit), note that only one seat can be finalized; the other will be forfeited upon reporting. For name corrections, use the formal self-declaration affidavit process as prescribed by the university.
